WHEN CAN A PRODUCT BE RETURNED?
- A product can be exchanged if the size you have taken is not yours.
- Can be changed if you want another color of the same product.
- If it is not the product you ordered.
- If the product arrived damaged.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO:
- Return your item in the original packaging.
- Submit your return within 7 days after receiving your package.
- Only return the wrong/faulty item if our customer care team asks you to.
- Do not remove any labels or tags.
- Return your items in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed.
- Return or exchange postage is paid by the customer:
- In Tirana: 200 ALL
- In other cities in Albania: 300 ALL
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To make it easier to exchange or return the product, please contact us directly after you receive your package.
- Send us the reason for the exchange or return in the Instagram chat, with a photo of the product.
- If you want to exchange it, send us the product you want to receive.
- Return or exchange is with payment (only if it is our fault, you do not pay).
